• ⏳ Duration: 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show. No entry once it starts.
• 👤 Age requirement: 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• ♿ Accessibility: ADA compliant
• 🪑 Seating: Seating is assigned on a first come first served basis in each zone

Parking

🅿 Parking at Pivot Parking Deck, (Address: 13 N. 5th Street, Richmond, VA 23219). Located directly across Franklin Street and attached to The Moxy Hotel. Please enter and exit using the Hourly/Daily/Monthly entrance. Evening rate: $7.00 from 4:00 PM–3:00 AM. Early bird rate: $8.00 when entering between 5:00–9:00 AM and exiting between 3:00–6:00 PM. Hourly rate: $5.00 per hour at all other times (not to exceed $20.00 for 3–12 hours). Street parking is also always an option.
